Non-Smoker & Drug Free. 8 yrs. min. service experience. Must be a licensed Journeyman or Master. Must be self-motivated and willing & capable of performing in both Residential & Commercial environments, no exceptions. This is a responsibility position w/ overtime pay potential. Full Co. Benefits. Base Rate commensurate w/ personality, ability to follow & enforce procedures & experience level. Bonus potential dependant on performance / profitability. Must be dependable, organized & an effective communicator, written & verbal. Must be flexible on a daily basis. Company-owned rolling shop & necessary equipment to perform work will be provided. Must be willing to perform in Douglas, El Paso, Park & Teller Counties on a regular basis. Must live in CO Springs or Ute Pass Area. Tech will be supported by Office daily.
